One 3 BHK house. Have budget only for maximum of 1500 sq ft. [Build up area comes to 1488 sq ft]
Compound is shared on one side of the plot. [I have assumed East compound is shared]

Additional Requirements:
- Use the complete 18*50 for the building as there is extra space around it
- Budget constraint - build up area should stay within 1400 sq ft.
- Build only ground and first floor as the house should not be taller than the village temple (which is upto 2 floors)
- 1 Bathroom in Ground floor and 1 Bathroom in First floor is sufficient.
Hi we have width 18 X Length 50 plot is there in my native. present we are stayed in that home only . But, i have an idea of renovate or construct fully in the same plot. our home front door is there in Sunrise side. How can we construct can you give me suggestion.
